Abstract
1. c., 65 años. ingresa al hospital el 20 de diciembre 1948. Reside permanentemente en Bogotá desde hace 36 años y se ocupa ele labores hogareñas. Consulta por flujo y dolores vulvares. Madre muerta por carcinoma del seno. Pasado ginecológico satisfactorio: ciclos menstruales tipo 30/III normales. Menopausia hace 20 años, instalada sin mayores dificultades. Antecedentes obstétricos negativos. La enfermedad actual parece evolucionar desde hace 10 años. Se inició con flujo blanco, cremoso, sin mal olor, acompañado de prurito vulvar; tratada con remedios caseros, no fue vista por médicos. El flujo se hizo con el transcurso de los años amarillo y maloliente: el prurito se acentuó progresivamente. Desde hace un año acusa dolores, más o menos intensos, localizados en la vulva y regiones vecinas.
