Abstract
“Language-games” in late Wittgenstein is a notion which means a whole range of the usage of words through which children learn their mother tongue. We play different games when we use our language. We mean an everyday usage of it. Wittgenstein speaks about language-games as well as about forms of life. Wittgenstein deals with analysis and explanation of the usage of words in particular contexts. In this way he put stress on the pragmatic dimension of our language. Wittgenstein also deals with the practical usage of the language-games in various situations by the means of which it enable us to better understand the meaning, which is directly connected with the usage of words.
