Abstract
Paleohydraulic sedimentary conditions of the Upper Permian basin the East European platform region were reconstructed based on the data of grain size and structural analyses of the strata. Calculation of the paleolithodynamic parameters indicated that real duration of the sedimentation of the strata was much less than corresponding interval on the stratigraphic time-scale. Similar ratios are typical for other sedimentary formations in both platform and folded geological areas that correspond to an injective type of sedimentogenesis. This regularity should be taken into account in the interpretation of the stratigraphic chart and forecasting of sedimentary mineral deposits (hydrocarbon, in the first place).
