Abstract
This article makes some comments on the principle of equality in the Constitution of 1812 Cadiz, in particular, and among others, the concept of citizenship, the subject of law of succession to the crown or the title. We present a description of their treatment in the same explaining the context in which it was approved, and through comparison with the current Spanish Constitution of 1978.
