Abstract
The main goal of this article is to explain the idea of using coaching as a method of improving the level of the sense of coherence in the group of adult people. The sense of coherence is the central construct of Aaron Antonovsky`s Salutogenic Model. According to this model, the sense of coherence is the key determinant of health. Most relevant research supports Antonovsky`s idea, but there is still another important problem to solve: how to improve the strength of the sense of coherence in the group of adult people. Is it reasonable to consider using coaching as a forceful method of improving the SOC?
