Abstract
nt mentionnes sur les 201 certificats. Sur les 201 certificats etudies, 170 mentionnaient les faits rapportes par la victime. En proposant de maniere comparative pour chacune des ITT fixees par le medecin, une ITT penale, nous trouvions des erreurs entre ITT penale et ITT civile (dans 95% des cas). CONCLUSION: Les certificats medicaux delivres sont incomplets. Les recommandations concernent la creation d�unites medico-judiciaires et de centres d�accueil des victimes d�agression.
