Abstract
Há um grande desafio a ser superado pelos professores em sala de aula principalmente na tentativa de instigar o espírito investigativo nos alunos. O ensino de conteúdos geológicos pode ser, por muitas vezes, desconexo da realidade cotidiana, regidos por complexas teorias e evoluções que podem tornar o assunto desinteressante e de dificil compreensão, principalmente quando não aplicados diretamente a alunos de graduação em Geologia.
