Abstract
El presente artículo pretende dar a conocer las motivaciones, finalidades y contenido sustancial de las recomendaciones de Bolzano/Bozen, adoptadas por el Alto Comisionado de la OSCE para las Minorías Nacionales en octubre de 2008. Las recomendaciones siguen la estela de documentos similares elaborados con la asistencia de expertos europeos e impulsados por el alto comisionado como expresión de su labor de intermediación normativa en materia de protección de minorías nacionales.
