Abstract
The Figueiredo dam will be executed in the medium Jaguaribe basin, seeking to assist the regional hidric demands, with prioritiy to the human provisioning. According to the executive project the accumulation capacity is 519.6 hm3, and the regular flow with 90% of warranty equal to 4.4 m3/s.
The dam sustainability index valuation intends to indicate its capacity in maintaining the demands which aims to supply along a period. The index is determineted in function of the reliability, vulnerability and resilience. The SIMRES software of reservoirs management is used to simulate monthly flows indicating the flaws, the deficits and the times of regular supplies.
