the historiography of nader mirza qajar

The prince Nader Mirza Qajar is one of the educated figures in Qajar era. He had expertise in various fields of science and culture, one of them was history. His knowledge of history was to the extent that he has been considered a historiographer. Studying historiographies recorded in his historic works, differences between his works and the ones written by other historiographers become clear. Greatness of the differences indicates that his knowledge was beyond what others knew in that area. Here, the way Nader Mirza recorded history is studied in his two works “History and Geography of the Dar-al-Saltane Tabriz” and “Iranian Foods”.
