Abstract
Se describe el caso clínico de un paciente de 58 años de edad, con antecedente de cardiopatía hipertensiva de grado II, atendido en el Hospital General Docente "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso" de Santiago de Cuba por presentar dolor lumbar ocasional y trastornos disúricos. Las pruebas efectuadas confirmaron la presencia de un adenocarcinoma renal, que obligó a realizarle una nefrectomía del riñón derecho, con lo cual mejoró su estado de salud.
The case report of a 58 year-old patient is described, with a history of hypertensive cardiopathy grade II, assisted at "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso" Teaching General Hospital in Santiago de Cuba for presenting with occasional lumbar pain and dysuric disorders. The tests carried out confirmed the presence of a renal adenocarcinoma for which a nephrectomy of the right kidney was decided, that improved his health state.
