Abstract
La protección de los derechos laborales está hoy en día en el centro de los debates académicos y políticos sobre globalización. Al mismo tiempo que la integración económica y el desarrollo orientado hacia las exportaciones se han difundido alrededor del mundo en las últimas tres décadas, gobiernos, académicos y activistas se han ocupado cada vez mas de los efectos de tales procesos en las condiciones de trabajo, particularmente en los países en desarrollo.
