Abstract
This article is a debate about sex, particularly homosexuality, with emphasis on the different perspectives on the subject, throughout history. For this, we present a retrospective of homosexuality, since the acceptance in ancient societies, especially in Greece, through condemnation and prejudice that occurred (and still is) the Western world, to obtain the visibility through the media, nowadays.
