Abstract
This article is devoted to the state regulation of industrial corporations. Notes that one of the most important components is the institutional approach to substantiate governmental policy in this area. The author proves the feasibility of using a combination of several types of policies: the induced effects on the factors of the institutional environment, minimization of transaction costs; partnershipsand adaptation policies.
