Abstract

În articol este abordată problematica managementului proiectului, axat pe rezultate/succes din perspectiva comunicării eficiente. Se insistă asupra diferitelor tipuri de management, necesare procesului de scriere, implementare şi evaluare a proiectului şi se propun mai multe recomandări pentru eficientizarea activităţilor de proiect, inclusiv a procesului de comunicare. Autorii pun în evidenţă teorii şi practici recunoscute la nivel internaţional, în baza unor surse de referinţă, dar şi a propriei experienţe de coordonare a multiplelor proiecte naţionale şi internaţionale în context educaţional.

ENSURING SUCCESS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT: PRAXIOLOGICAL AND THEORETICAL REFLECTIONS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Article addresses the issue of project management focused on results / success in terms of effective communication. It insists on various types of management, necessary for the writing, implementation and evaluation of the project and
propose several recommendations for streamlining the activities of the project, including the communication process. The authors emphasize theory and practice internationally recognized, based on reference sources, and their own experiences in coordinating of multiple national and international projects in the educational context.
