Abstract
Se aborda panorámicamente el Proyecto Territorial Portal Holguín como un proyecto de desarrollo Web, analizando algunos aspectos que lo caracterizan: estructura y funcionamiento durante 5 años. Se ofrece información de cómo se ha mantenido el trabajo a través de la metodología NexoDigital y la evaluación permanente de este proyecto y su constante actualización. Se valoran algunos elementos que contribuyen al logro de que el portal sea usable, visible y recuperable por los buscadores y de la red de redes. Se resume la remodelación del sitio de la ciencia como parte del nuevo proyecto y la creación del sitio del Centro de Investigaciones y Servicios Ambientales y Tecnológicos de Holguín (CISAT). Se llegan a conclusiones y se hacen algunas recomendaciones, sobre lo valorado durante la experiencia.
يتناول هذا البحث نظرة شاملة إلى مشروع بوابة هولغوين الإقليمية بوصفه مشروعاً لتطوير الويب، حيث يحلل بعض الجوانب التي تميزه، وتحديداً: هيكله وأداءه التشغيلي على مدار خمس سنوات. كما يقدم معلومات حول كيفية استمرار العمل بالاعتماد على منهجية "NexoDigital"، والتقييم المستمر لهذا المشروع وتحديثه المتواصل. وتُقيَّم أيضاً بعض العناصر التي تسهم في جعل البوابة قابلة للاستخدام، ومرئية، وقابلة للاسترجاع بواسطة محركات البحث وعبر شبكة الإنترنت. وعلاوة على ذلك، يُلخَّص تطوير موقع العلوم بوصفه جزءاً من المشروع الجديد، وإنشاء موقع مركز البحوث والخدمات البيئية والتكنولوجية في هولغوين (CISAT). وتخلص الدراسة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات، مع تقديم بعض التوصيات المستندة إلى ما تم تقييمه خلال هذه التجربة.
