АЛГОРИТМ ВЕДЕНИЯ ПАЦИЕНТОВ ПРИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОМ ТРАВМАТИЧЕСКОМ АРТРИТЕ ВИСОЧНО-НИЖНЕЧЕЛЮСТНОГО СУСТАВА

Algorithm of the patients management in chronic traumatic arthritis of temporo-mandibular joint was proposed on the base of analysis of the clinical observations results. The treatment measures have included several stages: symptomatic medicinal therapy, reconstructive surgical sanation of oral cavity, therapeutic preparation of teeth, prosthesis of the teeth rows defects, stabilization of the space interrelations of the jaws. The treatment measures are directed towards normalization of the dentoalveolar apparatus functional activity, using restoration of uniform distribution of the occlusion load.
