Abstract
El autor presenta de manera sucinta, la supuesta nulidad del '"Tratado Bárcenas-Meneses-Esguerra", desde el punto de vista histórico, geográfico y jurídico. Cuestiona la supuesta validez jurídica del Tratado Ramírez-López, invocándose la eficacia de los actos unilaterales y el stoppel, la resolución de la Corte Centroamericana de Justicia sobre medida cautelar, la vigente Constitución de Honduras y la sentencia definitiva de la Corte Centroamericana de Justicia. Además, cuestiona la legitimidad de la Ley NO 325 que grava con impuesto del 35% los productos de origen hondureño y colombiano y que infringe la resolución de la Corte Centroamericana de Justicia. Finalmente propone como solución una política exterior de asuntos territoriales institucional, permanente y basada en el respeto al derecho internacional y al derecho de integración y comunitario Centroamericano.
