Abstract

The analysis of the requirements to results of training English of non-language specialties according to the Federal state educational standard of higher education of the third generation is made in the article. Authors have studied the list of required students’ competences on each level of education: a bachelor, specialist and master degree programs and draw parallels with criteria on development of a foreign language according to the Common European framework of reference for languages. Ways of adaptation to new conditions in professional activity and development of educational and methodical providing of the subject «Foreign language» are offered.
