Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Van, Muş ve Elazığ illerinde 7-17 yaş arası okul çağı çocuklarının genel besin alma düzeyleri ve hayvansal protein tüketimleri ile okul başarıları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. İllerin kırsal ve kentsel kesimlerinde eğitim gören 176 çocukla yürütülen araştırmada, her iki faktörün de başarıyı önemli düzeyde etkilediği, ancak hayvansal protein tüketiminin daha etken olduğu gözlenmiştir.
