Abstract
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird über Fluoreszenzerscheinungen im menschlichen Blute und Sternalmark bei Vitalfluorochromierung mit dem basischen Farbstoff Acridinorange berichtet. Die angewandte Methodik wird ausführlich beschrieben und die Deutung der Farbstoffadsorption sowie die sich hieraus ergebenden Rückschlüsse auf Dynamik und Biochemie der Blutzellen erörtert.
