Abstract
Es wird über karyometrische Untersuchungen an Erythroblastenkernen im Knochenmark chronisch Nierenkranker berichtet. Es finden sich deutliche Zeichen einer gesteigerten Zellregeneration, wobei besonders das Phänomen zwischengeschalteter homoplastischer Teilungen im normalen heteroplastischen Teilungsverlauf hervortritt. Der Kurvenverlauf entspricht dem, der vonLeibetseder bei hämolytischen Anämien und vonWolfers bei regeneratorischen Anämien gefunden wurde.
