Abstract
Es wird über eine atypische Pneumonie bei drei Frühgeborenen berichtet, die mit langanhaltenden lympho-monocytären Blutbildveränderungen einherging. Im Liquor fand sich eine Pleocytose. Die Ätiologie blieb unklar. Trotz ausgedehnter bakteriologischer und virologischer Untersuchungen ließ sich kein einheitlicher Erreger nachweisen.
