Abstract
Aerosolized immunoglobulin in the dosage used had no substantial beneficial effect on RSV bronchiolitis. Despite these findings passive immunotherapy for treatment of RSV-induced lower respiratory tract infection deserves further evaluation before being discarded as ineffective.
