Abstract
En este artículo se analizan los estándares internacionales sobre el proceso de Tecnologías de la Información. De todos los modelos de referencia estudiados COBIT es el único que plantea una visión global de TI. El diseño del proceso de TI en la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba S.A. (ETECSA) se realizó sobre la base de COBIT (Objetivos de control para la información y tecnologías relacionadas); con el Macro Proceso TI de ETECSA; ITIL (Biblioteca de Infraestructura de Tecnología de Información); SBC (Balanced Scorecard); ISO 27001; ISO 9000 y PSP (Personal Software Process).
