Abstract
El objetivo del artículo es argumentar la optimización del capital humano en el contexto cubano, considerando indicadores tangibles e intangibles, a través de los distintos procesos clave de su gestión, insertándola en la planificación y su control de gestión estratégica mediante el Cuadro de Mando Integral. En aras de esa optimización, la innovación es considerada competencia fundamental. Los métodos utilizados fueron el análisis documental y la investigación-acción. Como resultado se alcanzó una tecnología para la optimización del capital humano a través de procesos clave de su gestión. Palabras clave: procesos, optimización, capital humano Abstract The objective of the paper is to argue the optimization of human capital, in the Cuban context, considering tangible and intangible indicators, through the different key processes of its management, inserting it into the planning and its strategic management control through the Balanced Scorecard. The innovation is considered the fundamental competence for achieve this optimization. The methods used were documentary analysis and action research. As result, a technology for the optimization of human capital was achieved through key management processes. Keywords: processes, optimization, human capital
