Abstract
Resumen  Las políticas regionales de Investigación, Desarrollo e innovación (I+D+i) se refieren a iniciativas públicas que abarcan a todo un territorio con una coherencia política, económica y jurídica. Estas iniciativas deben estar enmarcadas en los Programas de Gobierno, contar con liderazgo, las partidas económicas necesarias y los medios técnicos y humanos adecuados. El artículo aborda el marco conceptual y evolutivo de las políticas de I+D+i, con énfasis en las regionales. Se presenta la experiencia de las Políticas de I+D+i en Andalucía, lo que constituye una referencia para otras comunidades autónomas de España u otras regiones del mundo.  Palabras claves: política científica, política regional, I+D+I, sociedad del conocimiento, indicadores.  Abstract  The regional policies of Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&i) refer to public initiatives that cover an entire territory with political, economic and legal coherence. These initiatives must be framed within the Government Programs, have leadership, the necessary economic items and the adequate technical and human resources. The article addresses the conceptual and evolutionary framework of R & D & I policies, with an emphasis on regional policies. The experience of the R&D&i Policies in Andalusia is presented, which constitutes a reference for other autonomous communities of Spain or other regions of the world.  Key words: scientific policy, regional policy, R&D&I, knowledge society, indicators.
