Abstract
Resumen El artículo aborda la aplicación práctica de los conocimientos adquiridos en el Diplomado de Dirección y Gestión Empresarial de la Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno de Cuba. Incluye el empleo de herramientas de diagnóstico en la Empresa GEOCUBA Pinar del Río. Prevalece el enfoque a la innovación para la solución de una problemática seleccionada, en aras de lograr una gestión empresarial exitosa. En vistas de dar solución a la necesidad de lograr una mayor organización, seguimiento y control de las ventas, se diseñará un sistema informático para el control del proceso de confección de envases para el Grupo Empresarial BIOCUBAFARMA, por la Agencia Soluciones Informáticas perteneciente a la Empresa GEOCUBA Pinar del Río. Abstract The article deals with the practical application of the knowledge acquired in the Diploma of Management and Business Management of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres in Cuba. It must be noted that it includes the use of diagnostic tools in the Company GEOCUBA Pinar del Río. The innovation approach prevails for the solution of a selected problem, in order to achieve a successful business management. In order to solve the crucial need to achieve greater organization, monitoring and control of sales, a computer system will be designed to control the packaging process for the BIOCUBAFARMA Business Group, by the Information Technology Agency belonging to the Company GEOCUBA Pinar del Río.
