Abstract
Resumen La Empresa SOFTEL tiene un papel preponderante en la Informatización de la sociedad cubana, especialmente en la salud. En esta empresa se diseñó un Sistema Integrado de Gestión que permite unificar los procesos internos, con el Decreto del Perfeccionamiento empresarial, los componentes del control interno, teniendo en cuenta la integración con las normas ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015 y ISO 45001:2018, legislaciones existentes para el desarrollo de software y el funcionamiento general de la empresa. Estratégicamente para alcanzar un nivel superior de organización se estableció  la introducción de las herramientas Redmine, Alfresco y  Diriger. Al alcanzar un nivel superior de organización, surgió la necesidad de elevar el desempeño de la organización y los procesos, por lo que se realizó la confección de herramientas que permitan medir la eficacia de los procesos y del Sistema Integrado de Gestión. In this enterprise, an Integrated Management System was designed that allows the enterprise to unify the internal processes, with the Cuban Law of Business Improvement, with the internal control components, taking into account the integration with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards and existing legislation for software development and the general operation of the enterprise.  Strategically, to reach a higher level of organization, the introduction of the tools Redmine, Alfresco and Diriger was established. When reaching a higher level of organization, the need arose to go up a new step in the performance of the organization to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, for which the preparation of tools was made to measure the effectiveness of the processes and the Integrated Management System.
