Abstract
Resumen En muchos países los parques científicos y tecnológicos constituyen una estrategia para el impulso y desarrollo de las industrias de alta tecnología. A la vez, permiten el vínculo efectivo entre los principales actores de los sistemas de ciencia e innovación, y muy en particular entre las universidades, centros de investigación y las empresas. El artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar las tendencias, regularidades y clasificaciones de los parques científicos y tecnológicos. También contribuye a elevar la cultura de innovación entre académicos, investigadores y directivos de la administración pública y empresarial.  Palabras claves: parque científico y tecnológico, triple hélice, I+D+i, innovación, sistemas de innovación   Abstract The scientific and technological parks constitute a strategy for the impulse and development of the industries of high technology in many countries. At the same time, they allow the effective connection between the main actors of the science and innovation systems, and very in particular among the universities, research centers and the companies. The article has as objective to show the tendencies, regularities and classifications of the scientific and technological parks. It also contributes to elevate the innovation culture among academic, investigators and directive of the public and enterprise administration.
