Abstract
La generalización de los resultados del experimento del III Perfeccionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Educación es un problema científico actual que requiere de atención por la administración central y local. Este proceso es una exigencia en la gestión de la administración pública, como respuesta a los Lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido en el periodo 2016-2021. Por primera vez, en el Ministerio de Educación se diseña una propuesta de acciones para la generalización de los resultados del experimento pedagógico en el perfeccionamiento del sistema. La propuesta mejora los intentos de extensión de otros resultados científicos, que se limitaron a la preparación de funcionarios y docentes. Se toman en consideración las insuficiencias presentadas en la fase experimental del perfeccionamiento. Palabras claves: perfeccionamiento, Sistema Nacional de Educación, acciones Summary The generalization of the results of the experiment of the III Improvement of the National Education System is a current scientific problem that requires attention by the central and local administration. This process is a requirement in the management of public administration, in response to the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party in the period 20162021. For the first time, the Ministry of Education designs a proposal for actions to generalize the results of the pedagogical experiment in the improvement of the system. The proposal improves attempts to extend other scientific results, which were limited to the preparation of officials and teachers. The inadequacies presented in the experimental phase of improvement are taken into consideration. Keywords: improvement, National Education System, actions.
