Abstract
La superación de los cuadros en Administración Pública se convierte en un fundamento teórico y práctico para que los directivos cubanos incorporen los argumentos y cambios requeridos con métodos y estilos de dirección, la transformación de manera creadora y el ejercicio efectivo de la función pública en las entidades. El artículo muestra los resultados e impactos logrados en la Fiscalía General de la República de Cuba con esta preparación de sus cuadros.Palabras claves: superación de cuadros, administración pública, impacto, perfeccionamiento.AbstractThe training of the cadres in Public Administration becomes a theoretical and practical foundation so that the Cuban directive incorporate the arguments and changes required with methods and address styles, the transformation in a creative way and the effective exercise of the public function in the entities. The article shows the results and impacts achieved in the General Office of the Republic of Cuba with this preparation of its cadres.Key Word: training of cadres, public administration, impact, improvement.
