Abstract
El presente artículo consiste en un estudio prospectivo para desarrollar la gestión comercial de la Agencia de Protección Contra Incendios (APCI), mediante el análisis de los principales parámetros que intervienen en el proceso de prestación de servicios; con el objetivo de lograr una consolidación de la entidad con sus clientes actuales y para extender el número de usuarios. Para ello se aplicó el método de los escenarios, cuyas fuentes de criterios consistió en una serie de técnicas participativas y de reflexión entre los miembros del Consejo de Dirección de la empresa en la cual se aplicó este análisis.Palabras claves: estrategia, prospectiva, consolidación de clientes, método de los escenarios.Summary The present article consists in the prospective study. Aimed at developing the commercial management of the Fire Protection Agency (APCI), through ananalysis of the main parameters that intervene in the process of provision of services; with the aim of achieving a consolidation of the entity with its actual customers and the potentials. For this, the scenario method was applied, whose sources of criteria consisted of a series of participatory techniques and reflection among the members of the Board of Directors of the company in which this analysis was applied.Keywords: strategy, prospective, costumers consolidation, scenarios method.
