Abstract
Se presentan experiencias sobre la formación en equipos desarrollada en el contexto de cursos ofrecidos a organismos, empresas y Diplomados de Dirección y Gestión Empresarial, a través de un procedimiento y la propuesta de evaluación de su impacto. Al aplicar el método de formación-acción se analizan las fortalezas y debilidades tomando como referencia las competencias requeridas por los cuadros para su desempeño; se observan los resultados de las acciones desarrolladas y los avances previstos por sesiones y contempla la definición de indicadores de participación en el aprendizaje permanente y la capacidad de aprender, expresados en resultados, mediante técnicas basadas en el criterio humano. El análisis de riesgos facilita la reducción de errores y la mejora continua, con un enfoque proactivo para las correcciones en las diferentes fases.Palabras clave: capacitación, equipos, evaluación de impacto, riesgos.Summary Experiences are presented on team training developed in the context of courses offered to organizations, companies and Diploma in Management and Business Management, through a procedure and the proposal to evaluate its impact. When applying the training-action method, the strengths and weaknesses are analyzed taking as reference the competences required by the cadres for their performance; the results of the actions developed and the anticipated progress by sessions are observed, and e includes the definition of indicators of participation in lifelong learning and the ability to learn, expressed in results, using techniques based on human criteria. Risk analysis facilitates error reduction and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach for corrections in different phases.Key words: training, equipment, impact assessment, risks
