Abstract
El presente artículo diagnostica el comportamiento del asesoramiento jurídico en el sistema empresarial cubano, a partir del resultado de la Supervisión Integral a la actividad de asesoramiento jurídico realizada por el Ministerio de Justicia, en el período de junio de 2009 a agosto de 2010, y la entrevista a un grupo de expertos. Se formulan propuestas de solución dirigidas a perfeccionar el asesoramiento jurídico, en tanto constituye esta una actividad que debe acompañar necesariamente la actualización del modelo económico y social cubano de desarrollo socialista.Palabras claves: asesoramiento jurídico, legislación, autonomía empresarial, sistema empresarial cubano; perfeccionamiento.Abstract: The present paper diagnoses the behavior of legal advice in the Cuban business system, from the result of the Integral Supervision to the legal advisory activity carried out by the Ministry of Justice, from June 2009 to August 2010, and the interview to a group of experts. Solutions are formulated aimed at perfecting legal advice, as this is an activity that must necessarily accompany the updating of the Cuban economic and social model of socialist development.Keywords: legal advice, legislation, business autonomy, Cuban business system, improvement.
