Abstract
Les incisions annulaires provoquent une modification de la teneur en polyphénols des pépins. Les résultats obtenus avec une double incision suggèrent qu'il existe une compétition entre le métabolisme polyphénolique des pépins qui accumulent des tanins proanthocyanidiques et le métabolisme anthocyanique des baies.

Girdling leads to a modification in the polyphenol's content of grape seeds. The results obtained with a double girdle suggest the existence of a competition between the metabolism of the grape seed polyphenols, which accumulate proanthocyanidic tannins, and the anthocyanic metabolism of berries.
