Abstract
Ulrike Metternich legte eine neue Deutung der Erzählung von der blutflüssigen Frau (Mk 5, 25–34), in der die Geschichte vom Makel des Mirakulösen sowie von der antijudaistischen Auslegungstendenz befreit wird. Die Autorin behandelt die Auslegungsgeschichte und vergleicht jüdische mit frühchristlichen Menstruationsvorschriften. Ihrer Auslegung nach handelt es sich um eine „Dynamis“-Geschichte: einer Geschichte über die spürsame Wirksamkeit göttlicher Kraft, in der einer Frau die Herstellung einer gelungenen Gottesbeziehung gelingt.
