Abstract
The nasopharyngeal area has different types of tissue and epithelia and may present a significant variety of neoplasms. The malignant tumour originating from epithelial cells is called carcinoma. The undifferentiated lymphoepitheliomalike carcinoma is rare, but with good response to radiotherapy. The aim of this report was to alert for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal tumours starting with otitis media with effusion. In this case, it is a rare tumour whose early diagnosis was crucial to cure the disease before affecting vital structures by its growth.Reference Key |
