Abstract
Polymorbidity is frequent in very old people, particularly in nursing homes, where patients are often extremely frail. They are particularly at risk of polypharmacy and iatrogenic effects, which can result in worsen the quality of the end of life of these patients. A new approach must be found, centred on the patient rather than the disease.Reference Key |
