This research aimed 1) to study the elements of academic performance management
system of elementary schools 2) to study the present and desirable system of academic
performance management system of elementary schools 3) to develop academic
performance management system of elementary schools 4) to study about
implementation of academic performance management system of elementary schools.
The informants group consisted of 389 school directors and academic teachers
of primary schools in the northeastern region and experts. The instruments used in
this study were a set of questionnaires, a set of interview questions, an evaluation
form. The statistics used in the data analysis included percentage, mean, standard
deviation, and priority needs index (PNI). The results of studied elements of academic
performance management system of elementary schools found that school curriculum
development system, learning process development system, measurement, evaluation
and transfer of learning outcomes system, research for educational system quality
development media development system, Innovation and technology for learning resource
development system, educational supervision system, educational guidance system and
quality assurance system development system. The results of studied the current condition
and desirable of academic performance management system of elementary schools, in
overall at the high level. Overall of desirable were at the highest level. The development of
academic performance management system of elementary schools, were inputs, process,
output, and feedback. The results of evaluating academic performance management system,
were appropriate and possible at the highest level. The results of implementing academic
performance management system of elementary schools were satisfied with the academic
administration in high level.
