Abstract
Adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity was measured in serum and lymphocytes of 25 untreated patients with multibacillary leprosy. Both serum and lymphocyte ADA levels were significantly high in multibacillary leprosy patients compared to healthy controls. The results obtained did not establish any significant relationship between ADA activity and the type of leprosy.Reference Key |
