The purpose of the article is to study and generalize the foreign experience in formation and management of procurement logistics costs of enterprises. The main stages of development of procurement logistics operations of enterprises in economically developed countries are described and characterized. The successful foreign practice of using the multistage integration method to optimize the procurement logistics costs is studied. The foreign experience in introducing modern information technologies is diagnosed for improving the processes of managing the procurement logistics costs. The Polish experience in formation and management of procurement logistics costs of enterprises is analyzed. The importance of managing procurement logistics costs of enterprises within the framework of specific logistics projects is underlined. There analyzed the use of outsourcing of procurement logistics services to optimize the corresponding expenses in economically developed countries of the world. The foreign experience in cooperation of companies with various logistics operators in the implementation of procurement logistics activities for rational management of relevant costs is studied. The characteristic of logistics operators and corresponding models of logistics outsourcing is given. Prospects for further research in this area are identification of promising areas for introducing successful foreign tools for formation and management of procurement logistics costs of enterprises in domestic realities.
