Abstract
Traumatic shock may be defined as a syndrome that begun the insufficient sytemic perfusion causes the tissue hypoxia and vital organ dysfunction. The most important point is to achieve the efficient volume. In this review we tried to discuss the recommended blood and blood products, syntethic blood, isotonic and hypertonic cristalloids and their structures, tenancy areas, advantages and dysadvantages and fluid resuscitation intended to coagulopathy in trauma cases.
