Abstract
The article is devoted to the interpretation of the Asiatic mode of production as a factor controlesysteem hierarchical confucian ethics. The authors concluded that confucianism as a type of social morality was formed in the conditions of the asiatic mode of production, which provides parallel processes of modernization façade Asian societies while maintaining the traditional Confucian framework and basic institutions of traditionalist society. Therefore, in the asiatic mode of production, there are only two social groups: the family and the state, or rather, family, existing outside the state (in the community), and the family that exists in the state as the ruling class. Therefore, gaining access to the state is important for the family, but because it is important to make sure that families were among those who fall into the state apparatus. Therefore, a society that offers an accelerated version of upward mobility remains virtually unshakable basis on the level and extremely mobile on the level of the superstructure. However, the general appearance is the impossibility of autonomous in relation to the state of the competitive environment, the emergence of the urban population as the local community, in an environment where emerging bourgeoisie as a social group.
