Abstract
The case shows a high infrarenal occlusion of abdominal aorta at the level of renal arteries, and occlusion of bilateraliliac arteries, which was successfully solved by thrombectomy done above and at the level of renal arteries, and reconstructed by interposition of aorto-bifemural bifurcation graft. There were no postoperative complications,and final out come was fully satisfactory.Reference Key |
