In this essay, it has been endeavored to investigate the position and importance of Susain Comparison withPerspolis by employing Achaemenid Inscriptions (notably susa ones), Perspolis tablets in Elamite, texts of Old Testment, Greek historians' studies and rock- reliefs of this period.
