Abstract
Lingual tuberculosis is a very rare case in theareas where tuberculosis is endemic. There arediagnostic difficulties in patients presentingwith non healing ulcer over the tongue due tovariety of clinical appearances, most of whichmay clinically resemble malignant lingual neo-plasm. Here we report a case of lingual nonhealing ulcer in a 40 years male which was clini-cally diagnosed as malignant ulcer but histopa-thology and ZN staining confirmed the diagno-sis of lingual tuberculosis.Reference Key |
