Abstract
The absence of iodine is a frequent disease present at a lot of people, that’s why the nutrition researchers straighten their attention to obtain alimentary products enriched with these elements. At layers, in catalyze of thyroid hormone forming, selenium is very important. On account of its implication in thyroid function, the researchers considered that the selenium insufficiency can aggravate the effect of iodine absence, and the corresponding level of selenium can help to protect against some neurological effects of iodine absence. This study analyzed the possibility of stabilization some conclusive levels of iodine and selenium, which covered the layers necessary in this microelements and it determined the achievement of enriched eggs in iodine and selenium, which can provide in a big proportion daily human necessary.
