Abstract
The last ten years have shown, that Open Access is not only a vision, but has become real. Libraries are in a good position to push Open Access even further, as they currently fully pay the production costs of the traditional subscription model. SCOAP3 demonstrates that coordination among libraries is not unlikely and could lead to more Open Access immediately. Reference Key |
