Abstract
One of the most important resources of a company are its employees and the way they are organized depends on the effectiveness of any business strategy. Successful implementation of a strategy can be largely influenced by the work of company's employees and the existing organizational structure within it. This paper explores the issues of organizational structures within firms in the context of strategic management. Different types of organizational structures available to be implemented may influence the strategies formulated by managers and managerial process efficiency itself.
